U18G 2005 Fury

The Oakridge FURY (2005) are the EMDSL Summer 2022 U17 League Champions!

The team finished the regular season with a record of 10 wins, 2 loses, and 2 ties with the fewest goals allowed across all teams. The team was also District Cup Finalists!

Key team stats:
- Goalkeeper Lauren Goldsack co-led the league with 4 shutouts
- The team having the fewest goals scored against and the greatest +/- with a +22
-The FURY had 3 goal scorers in the top 10 of the league (2nd, 5th, 9th)
-A few players were also used as call ups to the Oakridge FIRE U21 Women’s Regional Team this summer that also won their league!

The team will be holding open assessments this fall on the following dates:

Tues Sept 13: 630-8pm at Hazelden Park (Hyde Park/Riverside)
Tues Sept 20: 630-8pm at Hazelden Park (Hyde Park/Riverside)
Tues Sept 27: 630-8pm at Hazelden Park (Hyde Park/Riverside)
Tues Oct 4: 630-8pm at Hazelden Park (Hyde Park/Riverside)

The team will then transition indoors for weekly training through the winter season starting the middle of October.
